    It’s not so bad.
    People like to say that he’s smart or whatever but I happen to think that he’s just as smart as any other kid. We’ve just made it a point of not censoring or mincing words with him. If he asks a question, he gets an answer as best we can give it. I think this helps him become more straight-forward in the way he thinks and speaks…[Read more]

    Faith is complicated. Depending on who you talk to and how cynical you want to see it:

    Faith is belief in something despite no evidence for it. (things like santa claus, ghosts, chupacabra, monsters in the closet)

    Or faith is an expression of closely held beliefs. (Lying is bad, hurting people is wrong, everyone has good in them)

  • I’ve decided to do the whole legally recognized ordination in Huntington, WV but I’m going to also need to do it in Maine. A nice couple of girls want me to marry them. I thought it was such an honor when they asked me.
