Our future as a human family can be changed by all of us.

As a base to work with we have the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
To be more powerful against discrimination, and to support Peace we form groups. Internet Groups like "the brights" or the FCA are very important, as well as Groups in every country, and city. The active people make the difference.
My submission to the contest is on the way.

What is the future of the human race. i.e. does eating meat mean you agree with animal cruelity? Why isn't the new sexy intelligence somebody thats is an equal partner? Porn like playboy show women as not as equal more shy or summisive and by itself isn't sex but a distraction to a person real none distructive nature. When are men going to see abortion as birth control that not a painful medication maybe symblized like an unwanted cancer and not their last word and control over women. each are a choice that humans make as individual and not as a group.

Peace,

Newly ordained Rev. Heath Callaway reporting from sunny Sydney Australia. Love the concept, and much kudos to the creators.

The least I can do to say thanks for my new found validation is to enter your competition & share the experiences of an Aussie atheist. My contribution will follow shortly.

I'll also take this opportunity to say a general hello. I'll be updating my profile presently, and am hoping to not only engage with like minds on here, but (with any luck) help explain the atheist position to curious theists. For an outsider's view it would seem that in the US atheism is viewed as the new communism, and the single act of proclaiming oneself to be an adherent of reason can be a personally damaging decision. I intend to do my bit to dispel the ridiculous preconceptions that are not just being forced on us, but force-fed to children.

There is a lot wrong in the world that is directly attributable to religion. There is much in the world that can be made better with science.

Regards,
